Wholesale gildas, made by hand
The gilda was born in San Sebastián in the 1940s as a skewer of olive, anchovy and piparra pepper, and it is now one of the most popular cold tapas in Spain. We assemble ours by hand in Dos Hermanas (Seville), from the classic gilda to our own versions with anchovies in vinegar, cheese or candied cherry, and large gildones with gordal olives. For bars and restaurants they come in 2 kg tubs (30 to 64 pieces depending on the product); for delis, in packs of 5 to 8.
